This is the the new #9. It is a Five Star 1999 Ford Taurus body on a 2000 Port City Chassis. The engine is a 351 SVO block. The engine is fed by a two barrel Holley carb. We are experimenting with the two barrel for power and smoothness.

One of our favorite aspects of this car is the DARE partnership. CPR Racing is proud to assist our community in fighting drug and alcohol abuse within our young people.

Dick Chowen is returning to driving this year after a great showing in 1999. Dick is in charge of engine R&D and building and chassis setup.
